Frosty Strawberry Shake

1/2 cup fresh strawberries (or frozen unsweetened)
1/2 cup skim milk
3 packets NatraTaste Blue granulated sugar substitute
3 ice cubes
1 teaspoon lemon juice

1. Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend at high speed until smooth, about 1 minute.

2. Serve immediately. Makes one 12-ounce serving.
