Chocolate Milkshake

Makes 1 serving

Unsweetened cocoa adds chocolately flavor but without any fat. Be sure to pulverize the ice cubes first, creating a slushy base for the ice cream. This is nourishing enough for a quick lunch, substantial snack or to share with a friend.

4 ice cubes
1/2 cup fat free milk
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
3 packets (6 teaspoons) NatraTaste Blue sugar substitute
1/2 cup no-sugar-added low-fat vanilla fudge ice cream

1. Combine ice cubes and milk in a blender, and pulverize, on high speed, to a slushy consistency. Add cocoa and NatraTaste Blue; process 10-15 seconds, just enough to combine.

2. Add ice cream and process, on lowest speed, 5-10 seconds, just until ice cream is mixed in. Serve immediately with a spoon and a straw.
