Herbal Apple Iced Tea

Makes 5 servings
Red zinger tea, a blend of hibiscus, rose hips and lemongrass, is a great choice for this drink. Itís rich red color and snappy flavor make for a refreshing summertime beverage. Or, try your own favorite herbal tea blend in the recipe.
4 cups boiling water
4 herbal tea bags
4 packets (8 teaspoons) NatraTaste Blue sugar substitute
1/2 cup unsweetened apple juice
4 lemon or lime slices (optional)
Pour boiling water over the tea bags, and let steep 5 minutes. Remove the bags, and stir in the NatraTaste Blue and apple juice. Refrigerate until chilled. Pour over ice, and garnish with lemon or lime, if desired.
