How is NatraTaste used?
NatraTaste is perfect for tabletop use and is soluble in hot and cold beverages. NatraTaste may also be used as an ingredient in some recipes for sauces, toppings and fillings, and in preparation for freezing certain foods. Since NatraTaste may lose sweetness in prolonged heating applications, such as stove-top cooking, it is advisable to add NatraTaste after the recipe has been removed from the heat for best results.

What is the shelf life of NatraTaste?

Storing the product in a hot and humid environment may result in caked and discolored product. However, the product will still maintain its sweetness and will be safe to consume.

Yes. NatraTaste is considered kosher and parve by the Union of Orthodox Rabbis. It is not considered kosher for Passover.
